    Yes. Every airport pickup includes FAA flight tracking. If the flight is delayed, the chauffeur adjusts — no extra wait fee. You get a text before landing with the driver's photo, name, and vehicle. Complimentary wait time is included at O'Hare and Midway (longer for international arrivals).

    Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation 3+ days before pickup. Sprinters and coaches need more notice. Weddings hold with a 30% payment. Weather and verified flight cancellations waive fees.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Same-day sedan and SUV rides are usually available with 2–4 hours notice. For airport transfers, 24 hours ahead is ideal. Sprinter vans and limo buses fill up on weekends. Book 1–2 weeks ahead. Weddings, corporate events, and multi-vehicle bookings need 3–6 months for peak season (May–October). A 30% booking payment holds your date.
