How old are your vehicles?

All vehicles in our fleet are under 3 years old. We replace vehicles on a strict rotation so every ride is in a late-model, well-maintained car. Interiors are detailed weekly.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every sedan, SUV, and Sprinter van. The connection is reliable enough for email, web browsing, and video calls. Party buses do not have Wi-Fi but have Bluetooth audio.

Are your vehicles clean?

Yes. Every vehicle is detailed after each trip. Interiors are deep-cleaned weekly. We maintain hospital-grade cleanliness standards. Bottled water, sanitizer, and fresh amenities are stocked for every ride.

Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Yes. Our Mercedes Sprinter vans can accommodate wheelchairs with advance notice. We also offer door-to-door assistance for passengers with mobility needs. Please specify accessibility requirements when booking so we can prepare the right vehicle.

What amenities are in your sedans?

Mercedes S-Class sedans include leather interior, Wi-Fi, USB-C phone chargers, bottled water, privacy glass, climate control, and a professional chauffeur. It is the standard for executive airport transfers.

How many bags fit in the sedan?

The Mercedes S-Class sedan fits 3 standard-size suitcases in the trunk. For more luggage, upgrade to an Escalade SUV (5 bags) or Sprinter van (14 bags). Carry-on bags and personal items fit in the cabin.

What is a Sprinter van?

A Mercedes Sprinter executive van seats up to 14 passengers with standing room and luggage space. It features conference-style seating, USB ports, and climate control. It is ideal for group airport transfers, wedding shuttles, and corporate events.

Do you have a stretch limo?

Yes. Our stretch limousines seat up to 10 passengers with a bar area, mood lighting, privacy divider, and sound system. They are the classic choice for weddings, prom, anniversaries, and special occasions.

Can I see the vehicle before booking?

Are your SUVs Escalades?

Yes. Our SUVs are Cadillac Escalade ESV models -- the extended version with maximum passenger and cargo space. They seat 6 passengers with room for 5 large bags. Features include third-row seating, premium audio, and privacy glass.

Do vehicles have phone chargers?

Yes. Every vehicle has USB-C and Lightning charging cables. Wireless charging pads are available in our newest sedans. Your phone stays charged throughout your ride.

Is bottled water provided?

Yes. Complimentary bottled water is stocked in every vehicle for every ride. No charge, no request needed -- it is always there. Chilled and ready when you step in.

What color are your vehicles?

All vehicles are black exterior with black leather interior. This is standard for professional car service and provides a uniform, elegant appearance for airport pickups, corporate events, and weddings.
