Yes. Every limo rental from Meridian Fleet includes a professional, uniformed chauffeur. We do not offer self-drive limo rentals. Your chauffeur is ICC-licensed, background-checked, and trained in the specific vehicle you rent. This is standard across the industry in Illinois, a commercial vehicle this size requires a licensed operator.

For Saturday nights, weddings, and prom dates, book 4-8 weeks in advance. Party buses for popular dates (December holidays, prom season, summer Saturdays) can sell out 2-3 months ahead. Weekday and off-peak rentals can often be booked with 48-72 hours notice. Same-day limo rental is occasionally available. Call (224) 801-3090 to check.

For adult bookings (21+), yes. Stretch limousines and party buses include a wet bar setup with glassware and ice. You supply your own beverages. For prom and underage bookings, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy, no exceptions. All alcohol policies comply with Illinois open container and licensing regulations.

Every rental includes the vehicle, a professional chauffeur in formal or business attire, tolls, and basic amenities (bottled water, ice, glassware on stretch limos and party buses). We do not charge for multi-stop routing, wait time between stops, or curbside assistance. The rate is upfront, and no gratuity is added.

Yes. Our point-to-point rental option is an upfront fare one-way transfer. This is popular for wedding venue arrivals, prom drop-offs, and making an entrance at a special event. Point-to-point pricing is typically lower than the hourly minimum since we only bill for the trip, not idle time.
