What "Bachelor Party Transportation" Actually Costs
Most bachelor party planning starts with one question: should we Uber or rent a party bus? The math depends on group size and stops.
Group of 6: Uber + Lyft work fine. Don't bother with a bus.
Group of 8-12: Party bus or Sprinter starts to win on cost AND experience.
Group of 14+: Party bus is the only sensible option.

- No open alcohol when bus is parked at venue (driver pulls into staging)

Why Most Other Chicago Operators Cancel
This is the dirty secret of the Chicago party bus market. Most operators run 1-3 buses. They book your bachelor party 6 weeks out for $1,200, then a higher-paying customer calls 2 weeks out for the same date. They cancel your booking with a "vehicle issue" excuse.
Meridian Fleet runs a 28-vehicle fleet with backup buses on-call. We don't bump bookings. We don't cancel for higher-paying customers. We have backup buses available for any mechanical issue.
That reliability is why we're priced higher than the bottom-tier operators. Cheap is cheap until your bachelor weekend gets cancelled at 11 PM the night before.
